How often does it need to be done?
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 Regulation 9(2)(a) states “The Employer shall ensure that thorough examination and testing of those controls is carried out in the case of local exhaust ventilation systems at least every 14 months”.
Schedule 4 of the COSHH regulations reduce that frequency if the following processes are carried out:

Is LEV testing a legal requirement?
