Issues like internal corrosion, safety valves lifting at the wrong pressure, or gauges reading inaccurately cannot be identified from a quick look at the outside of the vessel.
You can complete examinations in-house – but only if you have the right expertise, calibrated equipment, and a competent person who understands PSSR requirements. If not, it’s wise to get professional help.
